Old Pasadena
Historic Downtown
Old Pasadena’s historic downtown core features 19th- and 20th-century architecture. This retail and dining neighborhood has hundreds of boutique boutiques and small eateries.
In the 1960s and 1970s, its once-thriving economy declined. The district’s redevelopment made it a tourist hotspot. It encompasses 22 blocks and is on the National Register.
Colorado Boulevard, the downtown district’s main street, is lined with historical structures and modern stores, including One Colorado. Old Pasadena’s 100+ restaurants satisfy most appetites.
Community events are held downtown. The Old Pasadena Summer Cinema is one such event, featuring over 20 screenings. Walking tours and culinary-themed weeks are other downtown events.
Old Pasadena is located at 23 E Colorado Boulevard, Pasadena, California.
