USC Pacific Asia Museum
A Historical Building
Since 1971, this popular museum has been available to the public in a historic building. It serves the wider Los Angeles area and welcomes thousands of tourists each year to celebrate the art and culture of Asia and the Pacific Islands.
The USC Pacific Asia Museum has a collection of approximately 17,000 items and hosts nationally rotating shows. Japanese folk paintings, Chinese pottery, and Buddhist art from all around Asia are among the works and artifacts on display on a regular basis. The museum also hosts lectures, guided tours, and workshops on a regular basis.
